Thrill Show part of daily offerings coming to fair

The Hansen’s Spectacular Circus Thrill Show will perform daily at the Rowan County Fair Sept. 21-26.
These four acts will be included each day:
– The Rolling Diamonds, which features acrobatic roller skating on a 6-foot diamater platform 7 feet in the air.
– Shane Hansen’s amazing juggling act, which includes five balls, eight rings, fire torches, tennis rackets and clubs.
– Trampoline “sensations,” involving high-bouncing twists and turns on an Olympic trampoline, featuring two of the world’s youngest performers, 5-year-old Olivia and 3-year-old Madison.
– Alecia Michelle’s amazing display of strength and daring more than 30 feet in the air on the aerial “cloudswing.”
The acrobatic thrill show is part of the fair’s general admission cost.
In addition, Powers Great American Midways is offering advance all-day ride wristbands for sale through the Rowan County Fair Web site ó www.rowancountyfair. net ó for $15.
All-day wristbands purchased after the fair begins will cost $20.
Fairgoers may print their all-day tickets off their computers, then present the printout at the fair’s ticket office to receive their all-day wristbands at that time.
Powers will offer more than 30 rides and attractions at the Rowan County Fair this year.
The county fairgrounds are located off Julian Road.
