Smart Start hosts free car seat check
Smart Start Rowan along with Rowan Safe Kids will have a free car seat check on Tuesday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
At the Resource Center get some cool summer play ideas from Miss Clare. The children will have a play area with books puppets, blocks and cars.
