Rowan-Salisbury Schools Director of Transportation Judy Burris has recognized the following employees for exemplary service as bus drivers for October. A bus driver must adhere to all the duties and responsibilities set forth by the Rowan-Salisbury Schools Transportation Department and are nominated by their bus coordinator for this honor each month.
North Area: Dwight Myers, North Rowan Middle School, North Rowan High School (Bus 139).
East Area: Terry Cameron, Granite Quarry Elementary School (Bus 284).
West Area: Gay Hampton, Mt. Ulla Elementary School (Bus 34).
South Area: Diane Neely, China Grove Elementary School (Bus 92).
Salisbury Area: Jerry Blackwell, Overton Elementary School, Knox Middle School, Henderson Independent School (Bus 170).
Special Needs: Shane Courson (Bus 90).
