Salisbury man held in domestic case

A Salisbury man was ordered held without bond after he allegedly assaulted a female.
Robin Earl Belk, 940 E. Lafayette St., was arrested Wednesday.
The name of his victim is not being reported to protect her privacy.
According to the arrest report, Belk will appear in District Court on Sept. 14.
