The Rowan County office of U.S. Rep Mel Watt will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursdays through the end of March.
The office is located in the Rowan County Administrative Building, 130 W. Innes St., in downtown Salisbury. An assistant will be on hand to help constituents with concerns and help arrange tours of the White House.
