LEXINGTON ó The Path of Hope Inc., a female halfway house in Lexington, is hosting its grand opening Friday.
September is National Recovery Month.
“Path of Hope Inc. wants to get the word out to the public that recovery is positive and although we are a small organization, we have been impacting people’s lives for over 30 years,” residential team leader April Llenza said.
The drop-in is between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. There will be speakers, a tour and light refreshments. The facility is located at 1675 East Center St. Ext.
