Today’s Holiday Caravan parade begins at 2 p.m. in Spencer in the area of Jefferson Street and marches to Eighth Street before moving to Salisbury at 3 p.m.
It starts at North Main and Kerr streets and ends at South Main Street and Military Avenue in Salisbury.
