– Rowan County offices will be closed. The landfill, as well as convenience/recycling centers and the processing center, will be closed. Facilities will reopen Thursday.
– Spencer town offices will be closed. Wednesday and Thursday garbage collection will be delayed by one day.
– China Grove town offices will be closed.
– Faith town offices will be closed.
– Salisbury city offices will be open.
– Landis town offices will be open.
– Kannapolis city offices will be open with a regular collection schedule for both garbage and loose leaf pick-up.
– Rockwell town offices will be open.
– Granite Quarry town offices will be open.
– East Spencer town offices will be open.
