Alexis Jones, 8, and friend Chancellor Matthews, 8, both of Salisbury, watch as Wacky Doo the clown makes an animal out of a balloon Friday during Downtown Salisbury’s annual Spring Night Out.
The evening offered a mix of music and other entertainment, along with a chance to take a ride in a carriage or trolley or just stroll around and take in some art.
Musical styles playing throughout downtown ranged from jazz to pop to Gospel and Big Band.
For children, there were moonbounces, face painting and the Salisbury Symphony’s instrument petting zoo, along with Wacky Doo the clown.
