LANDIS ó Police have charged Robert Lee Howie of 1025-A Linn St., China Grove, with breaking into the Exxon at 315 S. Main St. and stealing 120 packs of cigarettes.
The Newport smokes were valued at $420.
Landis Police Officer R.L. Hosey charged Howie with breaking, entering and larceny.
Bond was set Tuesday at $2,500.
