A Kannapolis man has been charged with murder in the 2007 death of a Concord man.
Concord Police Department investigators arrested Martin William Hamilton Wednesday and charged him in the Aug. 12, 2007. murder of Tony Dorsett Smith.
Smith was killed at his apartment at 1117 Samuel Adams Circle, Concord.
Hamilton, 26, of 210 W. 13th St., has been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Hamilton was placed in the Cabarrus County Jail with no bond.
