The Salisbury Police Department is seeking assistance in the investigation of a possible kidnapping that occurred on Sunday, April 19, at Latin Mix, located at 931 S. Fulton St. around 4 p.m.
Michael “Mikie” Rustin was last seen at this location accompanied by two Hispanic males. It is believed that Rustin was taken against his will by the subjects who were operating a blue 2000-2005 Chevrolet Impala.
The vehicle has chrome trim work on the door pillar between the front and rear doors and has a five-spoke pattern rim tires.
Rustin is a black male, born Aug. 15, 1975, is 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs approximately 140 to 160 pounds. He has short hair and a mustache with goatee.
