Hanford-Dole Elementary School Principal James Griffin will leave the school at the end of December, the Rowan-Salisbury School System announced today.
Griffin cited “personal reasons” in submitting his resignation, school system spokeswoman Rita Foil said.
Griffin did not return a telephone message left at the school this afternoon.
Foil said the school system is advertising the position and could decide on Griffin’s replacement before he leaves.
