Rowan Regional Medical Center’s “Healthy Harvest Farmer’s Market” is hosting a free cooking demonstration today from 4 p.m.-5:30 p.m. featuring Chef Ed Adams from Morrison Healthcare.
Adams will demonstrate recipes that use fresh ingredients and are tasty yet healthy.
The farmer’s market is held every Thursday from 4 p.m. until dusk in parking lot A, between Highland and Mocksville avenues.
