– Rowan County landfill closed Friday, open Saturday;
– China Grove town offices;
– Rockwell town offices;
– Faith town offices;
– Spencer town offices;
– Cleveland town offices;
– Kannapolis city offices;
– Landis town offices;
– Granite Quarry town offices;
– China Grove town offices;
– Salisbury city offices;
– East Spencer town offices;
– All Rowan County Public Libraries are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
– Salisbury Post newspaper office.
What’s open:
– All Rowan County parks.
Garbage pickup will not be affected in any of the towns.
