GREENSBORO (AP) ó The ABC reality series “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” is looking for a North Carolina family to feature on an episode.
The News & Record of Greensboro reported that nominations can be made either by family members themselves or by someone in their community.
Candidates must own the property they live in and demonstrate why they are “deserving, heroic and/or a great role model for their community.”
The series follows teams of designers, contractors and volunteers as they raise a home in under a week. The family gets a weeklong vacation during that time.
The deadline for nominations is Aug. 7. The show featured two North Carolina families last season.
