Dr. Philip A. Eaton has joined the medical staff at Rowan Regional Medical Center and Salisbury Dermatology Clinic.
Eaton specializes in clinical and surgical dermatology. Salisbury Dermatology offers diagnosis and treatment for all skin diseases and problems such as acne and eczema and skin cancer care including the monitoring of moles and detection of melanoma and other skin cancers.
Eaton attended medical school at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he went on to become chief resident of dermatology in his last year.
For the last year, Eaton has worked in Honolulu, HI at Kaiser Permanente.
He joins board-certified dermatologists Dr. Sandra Swanson and Dr. Samuel Fort, MD at Salisbury Dermatology, where he will add weekend hours, bringing more convenience to patients. Eaton will start work on July 1, but patients can begin scheduling appointments now.
His hours will be Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Salisbury Dermatology Clinic is located at 203 Mocksville Avenue in Salisbury. The phone number is 704-636-0971.
