East Y offers swimming classes
Registration begins Monday, Feb. 9, for swimming lessons at the Saleeby-Fisher YMCA, East Rowan Branch.
The Y offers several options to fit busy schedules, including four-week sessions that meet two nights a week, Friday/Saturday sessions and private swimming lessons for parents and children, preschool ages, youth ages 6-15 and adult age levels.
Cost for the four-week sessions is $38 for members and $74 for potential members. Friday/Saturday lessons are $20 for members and $40 for potential members, and private swim lessons are $15 per 30-minute class.
