Cleveland Elementary School Principal Becky Kepley-Lee has been named the 2010 Wachovia Principal of the Year for the Rowan-Salisbury School System.
Superintendent Dr. Judy Grissom presented Kepley-Lee with the honor at the Administrative Team meeting this morning at Horizons Unlimited. The Principal of the Year is nominated and selected by all principals in the system.
Kepley-Lee will compete with other Principal of the Year recipients in the Northwest Region, and the winner will be in the state finals. The 2010 State Wachovia Principal of the Year will be announced in April 2010.
