– Clarence “Chuck” Moorefield III, who was injured in an Aug. 29 wreck on Airport Road, remains in critical condition in a Charlotte hospital.
A CMC spokesman said last week they had no record of Moorefield. A Salisbury police officer said Moorefield is hospitalized there and is in a coma. His condition is being given out only to family and law enforcement.
