Salisbury City Council held a City Hall reception Tuesday for the Salisbury High School Boys Track Team, which recently won the N.C. 2A State Championship.
The team also was recognized with a resolution early in Tuesday’s council meeting.
Mike Allen coached the state championship team.
Salisbury High’s Romar Morris also won the 2A individual 100-meter and 200-meter state championships.
