CHINA GROVE ó Aldermen are apparently planning on a quick board meeting tonight.
Town Manager Bill Pless will make recommendations on changing town hall hours.
The printed agenda features a new element ó a time schedule for each item on the agenda.
Citizen comment, which has taken up an hour or more at recent meetings, is set for 15 minutes.
Other items on the agenda include:
– Discussion of repairs to a drainage problem on South Bostian Street. David Ketner, public works director, has gotten prices on the needed work.
– Pless will update the board on the town’s newest fire truck which arrived last week.
Pless will also update the board on other projects.
The board meets at 7 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 205 Swink St.
