MOORESVILLE ó Bottom Dollar Food has donated more than 70 cases of water, fruit and reusable bags for use at Saturday’s Healthy Kids Day festival being held at the YMCA, 170 Joe V. Knox Ave.
The festival, which runs from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. will include a 5K race.
As part of Bottom Dollar Food’s April “Hide and Reap” promotion, coupon-stuffed piggy banks will be hidden at the festival. In addition to the 1,500 hidden piggy banks, Bottom Dollar Food representatives will be on hand with coupons for free items and a Spin-the-Wheel game, while coloring stations will be set up for the kids.
