The J.F. Hurley Family YMCA will have a Port-a-Pit barbecued chicken fundraiser on Thursday at the Y.
Dinners will be sold between 11 a.m and 6 p.m. Cost is $8. Delivery can be arranged for 10 or more dinners.

The plate includes half a chicken, baked beans, slaw, roll and dessert.
The event is sponsored by the Y staff. Proceeds will go to buy new equipment for fitness, aquatics, child care and XRKade.
