A Concord real estate firm is out an air conditioning unit and a hot water heater.
The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of the units from a house at 261 Heiligtown Road, East Spencer. The theft occurred between Sept. 21 and Oct. 5. The house is owned by Benham Real Estate Group of Concord.
In other incidents or charges on Oct. 5:
– Koontz Elementary School reported a student tried to pass a fake $5 bill in the cafeteria.
– Vance Paul Childers, 47, was charged with robbery with firearms or other dangerous weapons at 99 Westover Drive, Kannapolis.
