The 34th annual Civitan Golf Classic, a captain’s choice event that is the Civitan’s largest fundraiser, was recently completed at the Country Club of Salisbury.
The winning team consisted of Bill Haynes, Ben Craighead, Kevin Clay and Charlie Graeber.
They shot a 13-under-par 58.
Twenty-four teams completed in three flights. Winners with the best score in each flight won gift certificates.
Players with the worst score in each flight received one-pound Claxton fruitcakes.
Generous sponsors and players raised more than $12,000 for club projects and charities.
