Bat-O-Ween will be held Oct. 24 from 1-2 p.m. at Camp Spencer, at 3155 Foxford Road, Concord.
You will be able to hear bat sounds, feel a simulated bat wing and see a real mounted vampire bat as organizers unveil the myths and mysteries about bats.
Live creepy crawlies come to visit also as we celebrate the season with fuzzy tarantulas, roaches that hiss, colorful snakes, furry mice and a glowing scorpion.
