Correction
– An Aug. 4 crime blotter item from the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office incorrectly identified Clint Bradley Dancy, 26, as being charged with possession of a controlled substance. The Sheriff’s Office confirms that someone stole Dancy’s identification and provided it to authorities as his own when arrested.
