Garden Game

Summertime … and the vegetables are weird, big, heavy, Siamese twins, warped, funny colors, funny faces or just ugly.
If you have an odd or large vegetable, e-mail or bring us a photo of it with your name, details and a daytime phone number. E-mail to news@salisburypost.com.
Large items should be weighed before being submitted. We do not have scales at the Salisbury Post.
No store-bought produce! Not even from the Farmers Market.
No piecing things together, like Mr. Potatohead.
And the person who grew it has to be in the photo.
If you can’t e-mail or bring us a photo, please be aware that we have limited resources for taking your photo if you come to our offices. Please call in advance to set up a time to come by. Call 704-797-4250 to make sure someone is available to help you.
