Janosko – Chandler
DALLAS, Texas ó Marguerite Janosko and Capt. Justin Chandler were united in marriage Feb. 7, 2009, at Highland Park Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Nelson Bell officiated the 6 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception at Southfork Ranch in Parker.
The bride was escorted by her father, Col. Theodore Janosko. Kim Blackmer was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Sofia Briggs, sister of the groom Susan Chandler, Deanna Purcell, Natalie Rainey and Casey Spies.
Randy Chandler was his sonís best man. Groomsmen included Eric Briscoe, Dusty Fahie, Matt Jordan, David Kluttz and Ryan Miller. Adam Webb served as escort/usher.
Kayla Chandler was flower girl, and Ian Dollar was ring bearer. Saber bearers were Ben Craycraft, Rob Hairston, Lance Dorenkamp, Tim Romin, Wes Stark and Ken Wray.
The bride is the daughter of Col. and Mrs. Theodore Janosko of Cache, Okla., and the granddaughter of Marguerite and the late Bill Dollar of Lawton, Okla., and the late Ted and Bernice Janosko. A graduate of MacArthur Senior High School and Oklahoma State University, Marguerite is the Annual Fund Project manager at Abilene Christian University.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Chandler of Salisbury, N.C., and the grandson of the late Col. Monty and Nancy Coffin and Kathryn and the late Donald Chandler. A graduate of West Rowan High School and the U.S. Air Force Academy, Justin is a pilot of a C-130 for the Air Force and has deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan four times, receiving air medals for combat missions.
Following a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple are making their home in Abilene.
