Dr. Ashley Oliphant, the author of a recent letter to the editor in support of a bill that would require using lethal injection in euthanizing cats and dogs, is a faculty member at Pfeiffer University. A story in Tuesday’s Post on the Rowan County Board of Health meeting incorrectly identified her as a veterinarian.
