Power Thought: One of the hardest things to do as a leader is to keep the main thing the main thing. Many good things may capture my eye, but few will capture my heart. In your organization it’s your duty as the leader to keep the focus on the main thing. Leadership expert John Maxwell describes them as the three R’s; what is required, what gives the greatest return, and what brings the greatest reward. Focus on these things.
