The Looking Glass Artist Collective’s Black Box Theater, 407 N. Lee St., will be the site of the first annual “Blankfest” this Saturday.
The event kicks off around 8 p.m.
The concert event will include the Salisbury CD release by local band Trappers, Traders and Mountainmen. Also featured will be Charlotte musician Dylan Gilbert and Athens, Ga. perfomers: Harry Truman and the Bookhouse Boys and Resident Patient.
Admission is $5 at the door. Concessions will be available. The Looking Glass store will also be open during the show.
According to Looking Glass Manager Eric Harris, the music event has no real theme. Attendees may fill in the blank in Blankfest with “whatever suits their fancy.”
