Burridge, three charges, 13-16 months in one case, jail credit, CAAF, VD in other two cases.
– Taking indecent liberties with child ó Kenneth Antuan Alexander, PFJC until Oct. 1, remain in home, no contact with victim or her family, 21-26 months, CAAF, also resisting public officer, order of remand.
– Driving while license revoked ó Ronald Lee Ghent, two charges, also operating vehicle with no insurance, failure to secure passenger under age 16 and driving/allowing motor vehicle to be driven with registration plate not displayed, VD in all five cases.
– Assault on government official/ employee ó Benjamin Harrison Jarvis, also two charges resisting public officer, 87 days, jail credit, CAAF.

– Felony robbery with dangerous weapon ó Robert Keith Dalton, also two charges misdemeanor larceny, habitual felon, two charges felony larceny, felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after breaking/entering, felony obtaining property by false pretense and felony breaking or entering a motor vehicle, 120-153 months at expiration of any sentence he’s presently serving, jail credit, restitution, CAAF.
– Felony discharging weapon into occupied property ó Timothy Lynn Finney, also felony assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, felony possession of firearm by felon, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun and felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, 27-42 months, jail credit, anger management assessment and recommended education and treatment, CAAF.
– Attempted trafficking in opium or heroin ó Charles Riccarda Graham Jr., two charges, 15-18 months, suspended, 36 months probation, six months probation, 24 hours CSW, not possess any controlled substance, contraband, drug paraphernalia, stolen property, weapon and child pornography, warrantless searches, body testing, not use, possess or control any illegal controlled substance, $500 fine, court cost, CAAF, DNA sample and felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver Schedule II controlled substance,felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver Schedule III controlled substance, driving while license revoked, felony possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and felony maintaining vehicle, dwelling, place for controlled substance, 6-8 months at expiration of first sentence, suspended, 36 months probation, six months intensive probation to run concurrently with first sentence, same terms and conditions.
