Bostian – Bame

Angela Myers Bostian and Jeffrey Jerome Bame were united in marriage Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008, at the Salisbury home of the brideís parents. They were surrounded in love by 20 immediate family members.
Pastor Carroll Robinson officiated the 3 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception.
The bride was escorted by her children, Maxwell Jeffrey Bame, Jordan Alexander Bostian and Caleigh Paige Bostian, who were presented with family pendants by the groom.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Myers of Salisbury and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Mock of Carolina Beach and Salisbury and the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Myers of Salisbury. A 1988 graduate of West Rowan High School, Angela received a degree in Business Administration from Catawba College in 1999. She plans to attend Pfeiffer University in January to pursue her Master of Teaching degree. She is employed by Rowan-Salisbury School System.
The groom is the son of Mrs. Linda Clodfelter and Mr. Jerry Bame, both of Salisbury, and the grandson of Mrs. Ezzie and the late Marvin Graham of Mount Ulla, Mrs. Mary Plummer of Salisbury and Mrs. Ruth and the late Mr. Maxwell Brown Bame of China Grove. Jeff is a graduate of Salisbury High School and was employed with Hersheyís Creamery for 14 years.
The couple and their children are residing in Salisbury.

Congratulations Natalie Damon

Congratulations to Natalie Diane Damon for being chosen from a crowd of over 10,000 people for special recognition by Republican Presidential Candidate Sen. John McCain at his political campaign rally held Oct. 18, 2008, at the Cabarrus County Arena and Events Center.
Natalie is the daughter of Paul and Dawn Damon of Kannapolis. She is the granddaughter of Paul and Dee Vernon of Kannapolis, Judy Damon of Davidson and Daniel and Pat Damon of Bradenton, Fla.
