Dickerson’s management moment: Leaders need to know how to listen

Power Point: No man ever listened himself out of a job.ó Calvin Coolidge
Power Thought: If we are going to be productive leaders we have to exceptional listeners. People in your organization need to know that they have your ear. When they know they have your ear then they know also, they have your heart. Effective leaders are known not just by what they say but in how well they listen. God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason; so that we can listen twice as much as we talk.
ó Doug Dickerson
Power Surge: Be a good listener. Your ears will never get you into trouble.
