Garrison RaperA son, Garrison Conner, was born to Jennifer Nicole and Garrett Matthew Raper of China Grove on Sept. 7, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. He weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces. Grandparents are Garry and Debbie Raper and Kay and Robert Heath, all of China Grove, and Mark and Laurie Richardson of Middleburg, Fla. Great-grandparents are Hazel Raper of Kannapolis, Carl and Myrtle Elliot of China Grove and Bobby and Rena Fox of Landis.
Aidan Fesperman
A son, Aidan Rex, was born to Whitney and Ronnie Fesperman of Milford, Conn., on Sept. 6, 2008, at Bridgeport Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces. Grandparents are Ronnie and Sharon Fesperman of Salisbury and Terry and Gail Moore of Cleveland. Great-grandparents are Mary Whitler, Dorothy Moore, both of Salisbury, and Charles and Betty Lamb of Cleveland.
Brayden Moore
A son, Brayden Bentley, was born to Benjamin Blake and Amanda Ann Bradshaw Moore of Cleveland on July 18, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. He weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces. He has two brothers, Blake, 4, and Benjamin, 2, and a sister, Avery Ann, 6. Grandparents are Terry and Gail Moore of Cleveland, Teresa Bradshaw of Woodleaf and Pat Bradshaw of Mooresville. Great-grandparents are Charles and Betty Lamb of Cleveland, Dorothy Moore of Salisbury, and Ed and Theresa Bradshaw and Sophie Griffin, all of Lakeland, Fla.
Gunner StirewaltA son, Gunner Heath, was born to Amanda Carter and Zack Stirewalt of Rockwell on Aug. 7, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center NorthEast. He weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces. Grandparents are Annette and Larry Riggs of Rockwell, Julie and Shawn Ervin of Mooresville and Steve Stirewalt of Kannapolis. Great-grandparents are Donald Broadway of China Grove, Bonita White of Rockwell, Brenda and Vic Stirewalt of Kannapolis and Linda Ervin. Great-great-grandparent is Angus Stirewalt. Emily OehmenA daughter, Emily Laura, was born to Jeff and Lindsay Oehmen of Atlanta on Sept. 4, 2008. She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces. Grandparents are Bob and Sandie Oehmen of Mayville, Wis., Joan Palmer of Salisbury and the late Steve Furr. Great-grandparents are Laura Knoll of Mayville, Wis., and Ruth Furr and Luise “Petie” Palmer, both of Salisbury.
Braelyn Trexler
A daughter, Braelyn Rylee, was born to Kara Vallandingham and Adam Trexler of Rockwell on Sept. 3, 2008, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 5 pounds, 4 ounces. Grandparents are Allen and Patti Vallandingham of Rockwell and Max and Sandra Trexler of Granite Quarry. Great-grandparents are Phil and Betty Herion and Ann Vallandingham, all of Salisbury, and Garnelle Trexler of Rockwell. Great-great grandparent is Evelyn Ashe of Salisbury. Logan Bryant
A son, Logan Jase, was born to Larry and Michele Bryant of Salisbury on Sept. 9, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. He weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces. He has two sisters, Ashlee Lane Wagoner, 10, and Shelbee Ashlyn Bryant, 5. Grandparents are Wayne and Loretta Hayworth and Debbie Varner, all of Salisbury, and James Bryant of Gold Hill. Doris Fortune of Salisbury is great-grandparent.
Karis Beaver
A daughter, Karis Ann, was born to Timothy and Laurie Beaver of China Grove on Aug. 14, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. She weighed 7 pounds.
