Disposition of cases heard the week of July 14 in Rowan Superior Administrative Trial Court and July 7 in Superior Indictment/ Arraignment Court by Judge Susan Taylor:
– Felony breaking and/or entering ó Sonya Brawley (also known as Sonja Brawley), 25-33 months to run concurrently with sentence she’s presently serving, work release when eligible, restitution and CAAF a condition of work release, also felony larceny after breaking and entering, 25-33 months at expiration of first sentence.
– Felony common law robbery ó Billy Eugene Kee Jr., 36-44 months to run concurrently with any sentence he’s presently serving, also felony habitual felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor larceny, VD in all three cases; William Paul Browning, 16-20 months, suspended, 36 months probation, six months intensive probation, $500 fine, court cost, restitution with co-defendants, not go on or about premises of Country Market, Cindy Ehlers or Country Market owners, no contact with co-defendants Michael Young and Tyler Kirk, SAA and abide by recommended treatment, CAAF, transfer probation to Davidson County.
– Misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon ó Cathryne Joy Gilmore, 30 days, suspended, 12 months probation, court cost, CAAF, not assault any person; Anthony T. Pressley, 105 days, jail credit, CAAF.
– Felony larceny by employee ó Jennifer Lynne Harmon, 6-8 months, suspended, 30 months probation, not possess controlled substance other than prescribed medication, not possess any drug paraphernalia, contraband, weapons or stolen property, warrantless searches, body testing, SAA and abide by recommended treatment, $250 fine, court cost, CAAF, no contact with Billy Kee, not go on premises of Rushco.
– Driving while impaired ó Anthony James Smith, order of remand.
– Felony indecent liberties with child ó Henry Keven Blalock, 24-29 months, suspended, five years probation, serve seven months, jail credit, one year intensive probation, not to be alone with victim without responsible adult present, not use drugs, be employed, no contact with state witnesses, not be alone with any person under age 18 other than in incidental way in public place, complete sex offender control program, SAA and abide by recommended treatment, $2,500 fine, court cost, DNA sample, CAAF, register as sex offender, also two charges contributing to delinquency of juvenile, 120 days at expiration of first sentence, suspended, five years probation, one year intensive probation to run concurrently with that in first judgment, same terms and conditions.
– Felony forgery of instrument ó Terry Lee Davis, 6-8 months, suspended, five years probation, one year intensive probation, 100 hours CSW, $1,000 fine, court cost, restitution, CAAF, also felony uttering forged instrument, 6-8 months at expiration of first sentence, suspended, five years probation, one year intensive probation to run concurrently with that in first judgement, same terms and conditions.
– Felony conspiracy to sell/deliver marijuana ó John Eugene Murdock Jr., also felony conspiracy to sell/deliver Schedule III controlled substance and felony conspiracy to sell/deliver Schedule II controlled substance, VD in all three cases.
– Felony possession of cocaine ó Harry Lee Holmes, 6-8 months, suspended, 30 months probation, serve seven days in jail, SAA and follow recommended treatment, warrantless searches, not possess any cocaine, controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, contraband, weapons, stolen property or pornography, body testing, court cost, CAAF, evidence to be destroyed, also felony possession of firearm by felon, VD.
– Felony possession of stolen goods/property ó Lauren Marie Jackson, two charges, 5-6 months, suspended, 30 months probation, six months intensive probation, restitution with co-defendants, court cost, no contact with Chris Gilbeau, Kenneth Gabriel or John Hall, SAA and abide by recommended treatment, warrantless searches, not possess any controlled substance, contraband, drug paraphernalia or weapons, body testing, CAAF, no contact with Victoria Rufty or Robert Ashby or go about their property, also two charges felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after breaking/entering, felony larceny, VD in all four cases.
– Felony possession of controlled substance on prison or jail premises ó Demetri Antonio Cruse, 7-9 months, jail credit, SAA, CAAF, evidence to be destroyed.
– Possession of drug paraphernalia ó Welborn Lee Williams Jr., 60 days, jail credit, CAAF, evidence to be destroyed; Hope Anne Tucker, 45 days, suspended two years, 24 hours CSW, not possess any controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, weapons, stolen property, pornography or contraband, SAA and follow recommended treatment, court cost, CAAF.
– Driving while license revoked ó Sandra Clark Travis, order of remand.
