A son, Aaron Cory,was born to Amber Tolbert and Cory Teaster of Woodleaf on May 23, 2008, at Iredell Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces. He has a brother, Joshua Teaster, 4, and a sister, the late Casey Tolbert. Grandparents are Tammy Sisk of Statesville and Margie and Phillip Teaster of Woodleaf.
Maelin Huss
A daughter, Maelin Blair, was born to Gregory Clayton and Amanda Fleming Huss of Stanley on May 31, 2008, at Gaston Memorial Hospital. She weighed 10 pounds, 8 ounces. Grandparents are David and Debbie Fleming of Woodleaf and Jim and Mary Huss of Lincolnton. Pauline Fleming of Woodleaf is great-grandparent.
Gregory Collins
A son, Gregory Barrett, was born to Annika and Kent Collins of Salisbury on May 14, 2008, at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces. He has a sister, Bailey, 8. Grandparents are Dennis and Melanie Shorter of Salisbury, Dan and Starlette Pickett of Jenison, Mich., and Carl Collins of Baytown, Texas. Great-grandparents are Lowell and Loretta Whittington of Panama City, Fla., Carl and Jean Collins of Baytown, Texas, and Willeen Griffin of Baytown, Texas.
