The Intimidators Fan Fest starts Saturday at 10 a.m. at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium.
Once gates open, fans can sign up for giveaways, stop in the revamped souvenir store and purchase tickets for the upcoming season. Season ticket holders, sponsors and group leaders will have a chance to take batting practice.
On April 1, the Intimidators will scrimmage against the Winston-Salem Warthogs at noon.
n North softball
North Rowan’s softball team fell to 0-8 with an 11-0 loss to Central Davidson on Friday.
Kristen Holshouser had the Cavaliers’ only hit. On the mound, she struck out two.
North will play a makeup game against East Davidson at home on Monday and then play host to Salisbury on Tuesday. Both games start at 4:30 p.m.
