Lock up your wives and daughters, the infamous Don Juan is coming to Charlotte!
Opera Carolina presents Mozart’s masterpiece about the licentious Don Giovanni, also known as Don Juan, and the tale of his deceitful acts brought to justice.
Seduction has a price.
He was known as the world’s greatest seducer, as elusive as his amorous conquests were innumerable. But when he commits murder, even Don Juan’s legendary charms cannot save him from a fiery fate.
The targets of Don Juan’s advances are Donna Anna, whose father is killed by Don Juan and who swears vengeance against her father’s murderer; Donna Elvira, who has continued to search for Don Juan after being seduced by him in the past; and Donna Zerlina, whose new marriage Don Juan tries to tear apart.
