Isabella Swan
By Amanda Surles
Kannapolis Middle SchoolTHEN.
Quiet, but loud when needed.
No need for attention except from the people I love.
My mind, full of critical thoughts.
Self esteem, not existing.
Always afraid to take the next step.
Who am I?
I am Amanda Surles.
Afraid to speak, what will people say about her?
She does not want to be herself, because she is like no other.
She is madly in love with a special someone, but with that love comes pain, and heart aches.
Boy, she is clumsy.
She looks normal but there is so much more to her beautiful mind, and heart.
A heart of gold.
Who is she?
She is Isabella Swan.
NOW.
Isabella has had a breakthrough.
She can finally show her true feelings.
Be who she wants to be.
She does not care what people think.
An inspiration to girls like me.
Isabella Swan.
I now am more independent.
Like a butterfly, not afraid to show true colors.
An individual.
People might think I am strange but why does their opinion matter?
Isabella Swan, my inspiration.
Isabella Swan my hero.
She is fiction, I am not.
We are mental sisters, at heart.
We could be best friends.
Our similarities sparkle.
Isabella Swan and Amanda Surles.
Amanda Surles is an eighth grade student at Kannapolis Middle School and a member of the Greater Cabarrus Reading Association.
