– Uttering forged instrument ó Dondi Talon Garrett, 30 days, suspended, 12 months probation, court cost, CAAF, transfer probation to Mecklenburg County, evidence to be destroyed.
– Driving while license revoked ó Sara Dean Linder, also operating vehicle with no insurance and driver failure to wear seat belt, 45 days, suspended, 12 months probation, $100 fine, court cost, CAAF; Bryan Darrell Miller, 90 days, suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine, court cost, body testing.
– Attempted robbery/dangerous weapon ó Devon Daniel McGee, also four charges felony breaking and/or entering, four charges felony larceny after breaking/ entering and felony larceny of a firearm, 42-60 months, jail credit, civil judgment to be entered for restitution in one case, restitution in others jointly with co-defendants, evidence seized to be returned to rightful owner upon proof of ownership, also four charges felony possession of stolen goods/property, VD in all four cases.
– Driving while impaired ó Bryan Darrell Miller, 24 months, suspended, 18 months probation, serve 14 days in jail, $200 fine, court cost, CAAF, substance abuse assessment and abide by recommended treatment, 32 hours CSW, not use, possess or control any illegal controlled substance or alcohol, body testing; Brian Eugene West, order of remand, also driving while license revoked and expired/no inspection sticker, order of remand.
– Felony attempted trafficking in opium or heroin ó Gerald Woodson Page, also felony possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule IV controlled substance and felony possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule III controlled substance, 13-16 months, suspended, 12 months probation, $100 fine, court cost, serve one day in jail, jail credit, not use, possess or control any illegal controlled substance, DNA sample, contraband to be destroyed, also felony trafficking in opium or heroin, VD.
– Felony attempted trafficking in marijuana ó Zuleika Irene Ramseur, also felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, 7-9 months, jail credit, CAAF, $300 SBI lab fee, contraband to be destroyed.
– Misdemeanor common law forgery ó Phyllis Smith, 45days, suspended, 12 months probation, $100 fine, court cost, 24 hours CSW if able.
– Felony failure to register as sex offender ó Adam Lee Swaw, 15-18 months, suspended, 18 months probation, court cost, CAAF, serve 60 days in jail, jail credit, maintain proper address and maintain registration.
– Felony third-degree sexual exploitation of minor ó Bryan Lee Tyner, 45 days, suspended, 30 months probation, court cost, abide by sex offender control program conditions, register as sex offender, CAAF, computer disc and pornography to be destroyed, all remaining evidence to be returned to defendant, to be allowed to use computer at college and in college library.
– Speeding ó Teena Davis Walters, $100 fine, court cost.
– Felony possession of cocaine ó Thomas James Ward, 5-6 months, suspended, 24 months probation, $250 fine, court cost, $300 SBI lab fee, warrantless searches for controlled substances, not use, possess or control any illegal controlled substance, body testing, substance abuse assessment if tests positive, 32 hours CSW, DNA sample, evidence to be destroyed, also felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, 5-6 months at expiration of first sentence, suspended, 24 months probation, same terms and conditions, also felony maintaining vehicle, dwelling, place for controlled substance, 4-5 months at expiration of second sentence, suspended, 24 months probation, same terms and conditions.
– Misdemeanor possession of Schedule II controlled substance ó Kenneth Lee Wiggins, two charges, 45 days, suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine, court cost, warrantless searches for illegal controlled substance, not use, possess or control any illegal controlled substance, body testing, substance abuse assessment if tests positive, probation officer can approve travel out of state for work, evidence to be destroyed.
– Misdemeanor larceny ó Jessica Caroline Trigg, five days, civil judgment to be entered for CAAF, weapon to be returned to rightful owner upon proof of ownership; Tabitha Angel Odle, 45 days, suspended, 18 months probation, court cost, warrantless searches for controlled substance, not use, possess or control illegal controlled substance, body testing, substance abuse assessment and recommended treatment.
– Felony possession of Schedule II controlled substance ó Oscar Lynn Young, also possession of drug paraphernalia, giving fictitious information to officer and injury to real property, 8-10 months, suspended, 24 months probation, serve 20 days in jail, jail credit, $100 fine, court cost, $300 SBI lab fee, warrantless searches for stolen property and illegal controlled substances, not use, possess or control illegal controlled substance, body testing, 90 days EHA, no contact with Dorothy or James Woods, substance abuse assessment and abide by recommended treatment.
– Taking indecent liberties with child ó Scott Owen Nelson, four charges, jury trial, 26-32 months in each of four cases with subsequent at expiration of previous, jail credit, sex offender treatment program recommended.
