Region’s hospitality makes visitors want to stay
My wife and I have been visiting your area for the past 15 years as race fans. It has been mostly the areas of Kannapolis, Mooresville, Concord, Welcome, Lexington and Newton.
From the very first visit, when there was only two-lane traffic when you got off Exit 36 on I-77 and the only motel was the Days Inn, we have never been disappointed anytime we stopped to ask directions. North Carolina should be proud of its people.
It would not surprise me if there weren’t more people moving to your state than any other, down the road.
We just want to wish the residents of the great state of North Carolina a very happy New Year and a prosperous 2008.
