Final 2007 game held
Stella Shadroui and Steve Moore placed first in the special Unit Championship duplicate game last Tuesday evening at the Salisbury Woman’s Club. We will not have a game on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Other winners in the Unit game were: Jan Glover and Patty King, second; Betsy Bare and Myrtle Brandon, third; Myrnie and John McLaughlin, fourth.

Marie Pugh and Dick Brisbin played a four hearts contract, making five, for the best E/W score on this deal.
The Glover/King pair defeated their West opponent’s six no trumps contract three tricks for the top N/S score.
Ruth Bowles and Marie Pugh placed first N/S and high overall in the Evergreen Club’s Dec. 14 duplicate game. Myrnie and John McLaughlin were the top E/W pair.
