The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Department is looking for any information on the whereabouts of a missing mother and her 16-month-old son.
At this time there is reason to believe the child and the mother could be endangered. The missing mother, Rene Rachelle Lazo, and her son, Enrique James Lazo, were last seen on Monday at approximately 3:30 p.m. Rene Lazo could be driving a 1997 maroon colored Geo Prizm, four door sedan, with a N.C. license plate of WNC-3856.
Rene Rachelle Lazo, 28, is a white female, 5 feet tall, weighing 120 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink T-shirt and blue jeans.
Enrique James Lazo, 16 months old, is a white male, 25 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a one piece yellow suit with brown leather sandals.
