BOSTON — Tyrese Rice had a double-double and Shamari Spears was perfect from the field as Boston College (15-6) ripped Hartford 94-60 Wednesday night.

Rice and Spears are Salisbury natives.

Rice scored 11 points and dished out 13 assists. Spears was 3-for-3 on field goals and finished with seven points to go with six rebounds.

Jared Dudley was also perfect, going 8-for-8 from the field, leading the Eagles with 21 points.
