Keith and Sandra Lane of Salisbury are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Diane Elizabeth Lane, to Joshua Wayne Wingler, both of China Grove.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Vernon and Barbara Lane and Hoy and Jo Peeler, all of Salisbury. A 2001 graduate of Salisbury High School and 2002 graduate of Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, Diane is a CNA and medical technician. She is employed by Avante.

The future groom is the son of Jim and Lisa Wingler of Landis and the grandson of Ronnie and Linda Cline, the late Oscar Brown and Glenn and Faye Wingler, all of Kannapolis. A 2002 graduate of South Rowan High School, Joshua is employed by RPM.

The wedding is planned for March 24, 2007, at Sloan Lake Community Church in China Grove
