RALEIGH — Weather permitting, the N.C. Department of Transportation will repair the beam seats of three bridges over I-85 in Rowan County next week. The repairs are considered routine bridge maintenance and will require intermittent lane closures on both directions of I-85.

• On Tuesday, Nov. 5, crews will close the right lane of I-85 South near N.C. 152 to repair the bridge that carries Lentz Road over I-85. The work will begin at 9 a.m., and is expected to be complete by 2 p.m.

• On Wednesday, Nov. 6, crews will repair the Moose Road bridge over I-85. The work will require crews to close the right lane of I-85 South under the bridge from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

• On Thursday, Nov. 7, repairs will be made to the bridge carrying Old Beatty Ford Road over I-85. Crews will close the right lane of I-85 North near milemarker 65 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
