Motorcyclist killed on Bringle Ferry Road

A motorcyclist was killed in an accident on Bringle Ferry Road just before 5 p.m. Saturday.

The initial call about a vehicle accident involving a motorcycle at the intersection with Providence Church Road came in at 4:43 p.m., and a nurse was reported on the scene a short time later performing CPR.


A confirmed fatality was reported over emergency scanner traffic at 4:51 p.m.

Calls to the Highway Patrol for more details weren’t returned before deadline Saturday night.
